DEFECT #1 - EXTERIOR LIGHTING: TURN SIGNAL: FLASHER UNIT

Description
Flasher units fail to meet requirement of fmvss no.108, for durability, starting time and flash rate.  Consequence of defect: this results in no turn signal, turn signal continuously on, or rapid signal rate.  Failure to properly signal direction of vehicle to traffic could result in an accident.

Corrective Action
Refund of purchase price to consumers upon return of flasher units.
