Description
The involved vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no.  105, hydraulic brake systems.  This requires that school buses have a brake fluid warning statement located on or within four inches of the brake fluid reservoir filler cap.

Corrective action: the owner will be provided with the proper label and may install it himself or have it done by the dealer.
